MANDSCAPE forms part of a textured programme of events from 7-14th March 2008, including schools workshops, family workshops and an artists~teachers seminar. Three artists (Mhairi Sutherland, Liz Smith and Laura De Burca) will lead an exploratory tour of the exhibition and then deliver hands-on workshops that respond to the exhibition and the urban or rural environment.

Artists~Teachers seminar
Saturday 8th March 2008     10am - 4pm  
In conjunction with Mandscape, an exhibition to be held at the Regional Cultural Centre, Letterkenny in March 2008, The Ark, A Cultural Centre for Children and the Regional Cultural Centre, as part of the Arts Council’s Touring Experiment, are hosting a free day-long seminar for teachers and artists, which will focus on best practice and development of visual arts activity in schools.
